Hey there! We’re super excited you want to learn first aid with us. To make sure everything goes smoothly, here are a few things we both agree to when you book a course:

1. Signing Up for a Course:

• When you book a course, you (or your parent/guardian if you’re under 18) are saying you really want to come and learn with us.
• Please make sure all the information you give us, like your name and contact details, is correct. This helps us keep in touch and give you the right certificate.

2. Paying for Your Course:

• You’ll need to pay for your course when you book, or as we’ve agreed. This helps us make sure we have enough space and instructors ready for everyone.
• We’ll let you know how much the course costs and what payment methods we accept.

3. If You Need to Cancel or Change Your Booking:

• • We know things can happen! If you can’t make it to your course, please tell us as soon as possible.
  • If you tell us with plenty of notice (we’ll let you know how much notice we need when you book), we might be able to:
    • Move you to another course date if there’s space.
    • Give you a refund (we might keep a little bit to cover our costs, but we’ll explain this).
  • If you don’t give us much notice, or if you just don’t show up, we might not be able to offer a refund or a transfer to another course, as we would have already made arrangements for you.

4. If We Need to Cancel or Change a Course:

• • Sometimes, we might have to cancel or change a course date or time (for example, if not enough people book or if something unexpected happens).
  • If we do this, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and we’ll try our best to:
    • Offer you a place on another suitable course.
    • Give you a full refund of your course fee.

5. Coming to the Course:

• Please try to arrive on time for your course so you don’t miss anything important.
• We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe during the training. Please be respectful to our instructors and the other people on the course.
• Our instructors are there to help you learn. Please listen to their instructions and ask questions if you’re not sure about anything.

6. Certificates:

• If you successfully complete the course, you’ll usually get a certificate. This shows that you’ve learned important first aid skills.

7. What We Expect From You:

• We expect you to be willing to learn and participate in the training.
• Please let our instructor know if you have any health conditions or concerns that might affect your ability to take part in the practical parts of the training. We want to make sure you’re safe.

8. Looking After Your Belongings:

• We’re not responsible for any of your personal belongings that you bring to the course. Please keep them safe.

9. If There’s a Problem:

• If you have any problems or you’re not happy with something, please tell one of our instructors or contact us afterwards. We want to sort things out and make sure everyone has a good experience.

By booking a course with us, you (and your parent/guardian if you’re under 18) are agreeing to these booking rules. We’re really looking forward to training you!
